Turkey Day Workout

Com join us for our annual TURKEY DAY WORKOUT on Wednesday 11/26/25. 


6:;30-7:30 we will be doing martial arts type movements and exercises to burn off enough calories to help you feel NO GUILT for how much you're going to eat on Thursday! 

All current students ages 11 & up are free to attend. 

All non students ages 11 & up are $10. 

Any students under 11 must be accompanied by an adult that will work with them! 

We'll show you all the moves! 

We'll help you make it to the end! 

You'll eat what you want on Thursday and feel good about it!
