Bo Staff form "B" will be taught. Students should have their own Bo Staff to participate in this clinic. One can be borrowed for the clinic to see what size/weight they may like. Bo A, B and C forms fit together to form the original LONG FORM, but you do not need to learn these forms in order. Once learned, you may practice these forms in Private Lessons or ATP sessions with the instructor if you'd like.
