Women's Self Defense Class

Come learn the basics needed to protect yourself, both before and during a bad situation .

Techniques that are taught are simple and don't require you to remember complicated things if you ever need them.

We hope you NEVER need them, but if you do, we want you to be safe!

Open to all women ages 13 & up.

$20 requested donation per person for this class. Donations go to Manna on Main St.

If you prefer to donate in cash or by check, email us at VillarisPa@aol.com and we're reserve your spot and you can donate in person when you arrive!
