SAI Staff form "B" will be taught. Students should have their own SAIS to participate in this clinic. See your instructor to determine which size, color and style you'd prefer. Sai A, B and C forms fit together to form the original LONG FORM, but you do not need to learn these forms in order. Once learned, you may practice these forms in Private Lessons or ATP sessions with the instructor if you'd like.
